Confetti Pizza
The perfect confetti pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Flour
- 15 g Yeast fresh
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 1 disc Pesto cheese, green, from Landana
- 1 disc Pesto cheese, red, from Landana
- 1 disc Samba cheese, from Landana
- Crema di balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Sugar
- Dissolve the yeast with a pinch of sugar in 180 ml of water. Mix the flour with a little salt and make a smooth dough with the yeast water. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Cut the cheese slices (should be large slices) into small rectangles.
- Season the sour cream with sugar and salt. Preheat the oven to the highest level (top and bottom heat).
- Divide the finished yeast dough into two parts and roll out into a round shape. Either place them on two pizza trays or next to each other on a large baking sheet. Brush the pizzas with the sour cream and place the cheese rectangles on top of them in a colorful way.
- Bake the pizza on the lowest setting in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the base is crispy. Sprinkle with crema di balsamic vinegar before serving.
