Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 packs of tomatoes, pureed
- 125g mozzarella
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 75 ml cream
- 1 handful of Emmental cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- possibly soup powder (tomato soup powder)
- possibly cornstarch
- curry powder
- oregano
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the onion and fry. Finely dice the garlic clove, add it to the onions along with the passata, and bring to a boil briefly. Dice the mozzarella and add it to the sauce along with the grated cheese. Once the cheese has melted, add the cream, tomato paste, herbs, and spices. Simmer on low heat for another 5-10 minutes, stirring continuously. If the sauce is too thin, add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato soup powder, cornstarch, or make a roux. Cook pasta or other dishes alongside it, if desired, and enjoy.
