Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate, chopped or chocolate drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Quick cookie in a mug from the microwave

Heat the butter in the microwave for 30-60 seconds until melted. Be careful, as it may splatter slightly if it gets too hot, even with the lid on. Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and egg yolk with a fork. Fold the flour into the mixture. Then add the chocolate and stir in a little more. Pour the batter into a mug, cover, and microwave for 40-60 seconds at 800 watts.
