  • 12 butter biscuits
  • 6 marshmallows
  • chocolate sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

from the microwave, makes 6 cookies

Microwave the marshmallows in a bowl at 1000 watts for 20 seconds until soft. Then place a marshmallow on a butter cookie, top with the chocolate sauce, and fold it into a sandwich with a second cookie.
