Cookies: Coconut Sticks

The perfect cookies: coconut sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Powdered sugar
  • 160 g Butter (no margarine!)
  • 160 g Desiccated coconut
  • 3 drops Bitter almond flavor
  • 1 piece Chocolate icing
  1. Knead a dough out of sugar, butter and grated coconut and let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  2. Then shape small sticks out of the dough and let them dry overnight.
  3. Finally, dip the ends in chocolate and store the sticks in the refrigerator.
