Cookies: Coconut Sticks
The perfect cookies: coconut sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Powdered sugar
- 160 g Butter (no margarine!)
- 160 g Desiccated coconut
- 3 drops Bitter almond flavor
- 1 piece Chocolate icing
- Knead a dough out of sugar, butter and grated coconut and let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Then shape small sticks out of the dough and let them dry overnight.
- Finally, dip the ends in chocolate and store the sticks in the refrigerator.
