Potato Cubes on Onion and Kale with Soy Gyros

  • 4 size Potatoes peeled + washed + diced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable salt
  • Boil water

  • 1 tbsp Mild coconut fat
  • 1 size Diced vegetable onions

  • 1 tbsp Water to steam

  • 1 tbsp Gyros spice

Prepare the potatoes
