Potato Cubes on Onion and Kale with Soy Gyros
The perfect potato cubes on onion and kale with soy gyros recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 size Potatoes peeled + washed + diced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt
- Boil water
- ***********************************
- 1 tbsp Mild coconut fat
- 1 size Diced vegetable onions
- 1 kg Pick + washed + cut fresh kale
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt
- 1 tbsp Water to steam
- ************************************
- 1 tbsp Mild coconut fat
- 200 g Sliced soy gyros
- 1 tbsp Gyros spice
- Pepper from the grinder
Prepare the potatoes
- Put the diced potatoes in a saucepan with the vegetable salt and bring to the boil, cook and then drain. Then put these in a bowl.
Prepare kale
- Sauté the onion in the coconut oil, do not stew and then add the cut kale, season with the vegetable salt and stir a few times while braising. Then with a little water (about 1 cup, depending on your choice) and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, adding pepper to taste.
Soy gyros
- Start the gyros well in the hot coconut oil “mild”, sprinkle with the spice and stir well and braise a few times.
Serving
- Put everything on preheated plates and enjoy 🙂
