Cookies: Sugar-free Oat and Fig Biscuits
The perfect cookies: sugar-free oat and fig biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 225 g Coarse oatmeal
- 200 g Bananas
- 100 g Dried figs
- 1 Msp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Msp Ground vanilla
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 50 g Sunflower seeds
- 100 g Apple pulp unsweetened
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Melted coconut oil
- Finely dice the dried figs and grind the bananas. Mix all ingredients together well and finally fold in the fig cubes with the sunflower seeds.
- Form walnut-sized balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press flat and round with the ball of your hand. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees circulating air (or 200 degrees top / bottom heat) for about 20 minutes until golden yellow.
- The cookies taste best fresh, but keep for a few days (preferably in the refrigerator).
