Cookies: Sugar-free Oat and Fig Biscuits

The perfect cookies: sugar-free oat and fig biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 225 g Coarse oatmeal
  • 200 g Bananas
  • 100 g Dried figs
  • 1 Msp Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Msp Ground vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 50 g Sunflower seeds
  • 100 g Apple pulp unsweetened
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Melted coconut oil
  1. Finely dice the dried figs and grind the bananas. Mix all ingredients together well and finally fold in the fig cubes with the sunflower seeds.
  2. Form walnut-sized balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press flat and round with the ball of your hand. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees circulating air (or 200 degrees top / bottom heat) for about 20 minutes until golden yellow.
  3. The cookies taste best fresh, but keep for a few days (preferably in the refrigerator).
