Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 260 g flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder

Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
for children
Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy, then add the eggs and beat for another 1 minute. Gradually add the flour and mix well. Using two large spoons, place the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten small heaps into round circles. Lightly press in M&M’s (use the original ones, others will melt). Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. They are done when they are golden yellow. The cookies will still seem soft, but will harden after cooling. Let them cool slightly on the baking sheet and then remove from the tray. My kids love them. They are also very versatile; I have even mixed in muesli.
