Cooking: Leek and Kohlrabi Soup

- 1 Fresh leek
- 1 Kohlrabi fresh
- 750 g Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Good mood – spice blossom preparation
- Smoked salmon
- Clean the leek (large stick or 2 small ones) and cut into slices / rings.
- Put the vegetable stock, leek and spice flower preparation in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel the kohlrabi and cut into small cubes.
- When the leek is soft, take the pan off the heat and let it cool down a little, then puree.
- Now add the kohlrabi cubes to the pot, bring to the boil again and cook until the kohlrabi is done (depends on its type and quality).
- Slice or pluck the smoked salmon.
- Now put the soup on a plate and put some smoked salmon (amount according to taste) in the middle.
