The perfect cooking: pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Tagliatelle
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 g Ricotta
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 400 g Chamignons
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsely
  • Olive oil
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Sear them in a pan with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and let the cream bring to the boil.
  3. Cut the ham into small cubes. Add the ricotta and ham to the mushrooms and bring to the boil. Finally add the chopped parsley.
