- 250 g Tagliatelle
- 200 ml Cream
- 100 g Ricotta
- 100 g Cooked ham
- 400 g Chamignons
- Salt and pepper
- Parsely
- Olive oil
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Sear them in a pan with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and let the cream bring to the boil.
- Cut the ham into small cubes. Add the ricotta and ham to the mushrooms and bring to the boil. Finally add the chopped parsley.
