Ingredients
 

  • 300 ml Warm water
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 15 g Yeast fresh
  • 350 g Whole wheat flour
  • 150 g Rye flour
  • 150 g Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix warm water, honey, salt and oil in a bowl. Crumble the yeast and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Then knead both types of flour with the food processor, mixer, etc. I TAKEN THE BREAD BAKER TO KNOW! Let rise for 20-45 minutes!

Preheat oven to 200 degrees:

  • Grease a loaf pan and press the dough in evenly! Let it go again for 45 minutes! Cut into the dough and brush with water!
  • Bake the bread in the lower third of the oven for 40-50 minutes! Then turn the bread out onto a kitchen rack and let it cool down!
