Whole Wheat Mixed Bread

  • 300 ml Warm water
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 15 g Yeast fresh
  • 350 g Whole wheat flour
  • 150 g Rye flour
  • 150 g Water
  1. Mix warm water, honey, salt and oil in a bowl. Crumble the yeast and let stand for 5 minutes.
