Ingredients
- 300 ml Warm water
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Salt
- 50 ml Oil
- 15 g Yeast fresh
- 350 g Whole wheat flour
- 150 g Rye flour
- 150 g Water
Instructions
- Mix warm water, honey, salt and oil in a bowl. Crumble the yeast and let stand for 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees:
