- 500 g Sliced ham from pork
- 500 g Fresh mushrooms
- 0,5 Mango preserve
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- Thai red curry seasoning salt
- Oil
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Braise the mushrooms in it, then take them out again.
- Fry the meat in the pan. Now add the mushrooms again.
- Then add the mango cut into pieces, then pour in the coconut milk and season.
- Cook with the lid closed on the lowest flame for about 30 minutes.
- Place on plate with side dishes as desired and serve.
