Cooking: Sliced turkey in Cream Sauce
The perfect cooking: sliced turkey in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 400 g Turkey breast
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 100 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- Crushed red pepper
- Curry
- Salt
- Oil
- Wash the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into small strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel and chop the onion.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Then add the meat and then the mushrooms.
- When everything is fried as desired, stir in the tomato paste, as well as the spices. Steam everything briefly.
- Now stir in the sour cream, then the cream.
- Switch off the stove, put the lid on the pan and let it sit for a few more minutes.
- Place on a plate with a side dish of your choice (with us potatoes) and serve.
