Ingredients
 

  • 2 Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable extract (see recipe)
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste (see recipe)
  • 1,5 tsp Tandori paste
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 200 ml Water
  • Ground white pepper
  • Soy sauce light

Instructions
 

  • Cut turkey schnitzel into strips. Fry them briefly in clarified butter and place on a plate.
  • In the same saucepan, sweat the onion, add the vegetable extract and garlic paste (see recipes) and roast with it. Garlic paste vegetable extract
  • Then deglaze with the white wine and reduce.
  • Add tandori paste, light soy sauce and white pepper from the mill and deglaze with water.
  • Now pour the cream over it and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. If the sauce is too thin, you can stir in 1 - 2 scoops of flour butter (see recipe).
  • Finally add the fried and sliced ​​turkey meat and let it steep.
  • You can serve homemade pasta or rice with it.
