Ingredients
- 2 Turkey schnitzel
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 tbsp Vegetable extract (see recipe)
- 1 tsp Garlic paste (see recipe)
- 1,5 tsp Tandori paste
- 300 ml Cream
- 100 ml White wine
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter
- 200 ml Water
- Ground white pepper
- Soy sauce light
Instructions
- Cut turkey schnitzel into strips. Fry them briefly in clarified butter and place on a plate.
- In the same saucepan, sweat the onion, add the vegetable extract and garlic paste (see recipes) and roast with it. Garlic paste vegetable extract
- Then deglaze with the white wine and reduce.
- Add tandori paste, light soy sauce and white pepper from the mill and deglaze with water.
- Now pour the cream over it and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. If the sauce is too thin, you can stir in 1 - 2 scoops of flour butter (see recipe).
- Finally add the fried and sliced turkey meat and let it steep.
- You can serve homemade pasta or rice with it.
