Turkey Slaughtered in Tandori Cream Sauce

  • 2 Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable extract (see recipe)
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste (see recipe)
  • 1,5 tsp Tandori paste
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 200 ml Water
  • White milled pepper
  • Soy sauce light
  1. Cut turkey schnitzel into strips. Fry them briefly in clarified butter and place on a plate.
