Vegan: Carrot Bolognese with Spaghetti

- 4 medium sized Grated carrots
- 1 medium sized Chopped onion
- 20 g Alsan
- 20 g My vegetable broth *
- 1 packet Sieved tomatos
- Pepper a.d.M.
- 1 pinch Stevia
- 1 pinch Lemon juice
- Peel the carrots, chop them roughly and chop them very finely in the blender.
- Heat the fat in a pan and first sweat the onions in it, then add the chopped carrots and sear everything well.
- Then add some of the vegetable stock. Now add the tomatoes, a little water and stir everything well and bring to a simmer. The whole thing should then simmer for a few minutes.
- By the way, the spaghetti can be cooked … then just serve 🙂
