Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 orange(s), seedless
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (sucralose, granules)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 300 g raspberries, frozen (without sugar), NOT thawed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Using a sharp knife, remove the peel and underlying white pith from the oranges, slice crosswise, and arrange on dessert plates. Combine the sucralose granules, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring vigorously. Stir in the berries and mix gently until the berries are slightly thawed, but not completely thawed. Pour over the orange slices and serve immediately. Per serving: 122 kcal, 0 g fat, 30 g carbohydrates, 2 g protein, 5 g fiber.
