Corn and tuna salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 1 can of corn, maybe more
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some salt
  • Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

lightning fast and a hit at every barbecue party

Open the can of tuna and let the oil drain a little (I just let the lid on and let it drain a little). Mash the tuna in a bowl with a cup of sour cream, a little salt, and a dash of Maggi. Add one or two cans of corn (depending on taste) and mix.
