Corn-tomato-liver sausage salad with soy-tomato dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g Leberkäse
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 3 gherkins
  • 3 tbsp corn kernels
  • Sea salt
  • 50 g sunflower oil
  • 30 g spirit vinegar
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 50 g water
  • 1 tsp tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the dressing ingredients and set aside. Slice the meatloaf. Cut the onion lengthwise into three pieces, then into strips. Quarter the tomatoes lengthwise. Halve the gherkins lengthwise and slice. Add the corn to the salad in a bowl. Add the dressing and mix everything well. Season the salad with salt and serve.
