Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g cornflakes
- 120 g raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well. Sift the flour and baking powder over the flour and stir in. Crush the cornflakes slightly between your hands, add them along with the raisins, and mix in. Spread the dough into cookies of your choice on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat: 150°C) for about 10 minutes.
