Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 100 g raspberries (frozen)
- some honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
healthy breakfast or as a snack in between
Place the raspberries in a bowl and let them thaw slightly. Top with the cottage cheese and yogurt, and sweeten with a little honey if desired. I use natural yogurt, or, if I prefer something sweeter, stracciatella yogurt.
