Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 200 g cream
- 1 jar water
- Tomato ketchup
- Paprika powder, hot
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 5 dashes of oil
- Maggi
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper
- 1 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
- 3 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 large onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
slightly spicy – well seasoned
Fry the onion in oil, add the minced meat, season with pepper, toss to coat, and add sweet and hot paprika powder (amount to taste, but be sure to use plenty). When the minced meat is cooked, deglaze with water and add the ketchup. Then stir in the cream, mix with vegetable stock powder and a few splashes of Maggi, season to taste, and you’re done. If that’s not spicy enough for you, you can mix in about 3 teaspoons of mustard.
