Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 cannelloni
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 400 g tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 2 eggs
- 150 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 100 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- some broth, granulated
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, 3 tablespoons of Emmental cheese, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, parsley, and seasoning. Fill the cannelloni with this mixture and place in a greased baking dish. Season the tomatoes with Italian herbs, a little granulated broth, and oil, and pour over the cannelloni. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
