Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 onions, chopped
- ¼ liter of oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 shot of vinegar
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp marjoram, shredded
- 1 tsp oregano, shredded
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Thoroughly mix all ingredients, from onions to oregano. Purée the marinade to your desired consistency (chunky or smooth) and season with salt. Marinate the meat. The marinade is enough for about 10 servings. It’s best to marinate overnight and then grill or pan-fry. The special thing about the marinade: It can also be served as a sauce with the meat.
