Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 60 ml flour
- 4 tbsp cottage cheese
- maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer on high speed until frothy, then add the sugar and beat until very stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolks and cottage cheese in a bowl, then fold in the flour and beaten egg whites and beat until smooth. Finally, fold in the melted butter. Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the pancakes on both sides until nicely browned. Serve with some cottage cheese and maple syrup.
