Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 4 cocktail tomatoes
- ½ stalk(s) spring onion(s)
- 5 slices of ham
- Parsley
- basil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

with vegetables
Chop the vegetables and mix with the cottage cheese, herbs, and ham. Season the salad to taste. The cottage cheese salad goes well with fresh bread or grilled food.
