Cottage cheese with apple and cranberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 25 g cranberries, soft
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp chocolate chips

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Place the cottage cheese in a mixing bowl. Wash the apple and grate it on a household grater. I always grate the apple all the way around, down to the core. Add the cranberries and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Tip: The sky’s the limit here. It also tastes great with dried apricots, etc., or nuts. It’s great as a spoonful, as a protein-rich evening meal, or as a spread on a roll or bread.
