Avocado with cream cheese and ham filling

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red or yellow, diced
  • ½ onion(s), red, finely chopped
  • 30 g cooked ham
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g cream cheese, natural
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Brush the cut sides with 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut the cooked ham into small cubes. Place the bell pepper, onion, ham, and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix with the remaining lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Spoon the cream cheese into the avocado halves, sprinkle with walnuts, and enjoy. Tip: For a vegetarian version, prepare without the ham.
