- 100 g cottage cheese
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime(s) – zest, grated
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 slices of bread (crispbread)
- 1 sprig(s) mint
Instructions

Peel the mango. Cut half of the flesh into small cubes and the other half into thin slices. Mix the mango cubes with cottage cheese, honey, lime juice, and zest. Wash the lettuce leaf and pat dry. Top crispbread with the lettuce leaf, mango slices, and the mango-cheese mixture. Garnish with mint leaves.
