Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 sage leaves, dried or fresh
  • 1 organic lemon(s), grated peel
  • 100 g rock sugar
  • 1 bottle of grain alcohol

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the ingredients in a tightly sealed jar and let stand on a sunny windowsill for two months. Strain and bottle. For adults only. Take 1 tablespoon daily before bedtime or stir into hot tea.
