Sweet quark rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the quark, eggs, 50g sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt with the whisk attachment of a hand mixer. Combine the flour and baking powder. First stir into the quark mixture with the whisk, then knead into a smooth dough using the dough hook attachment of a hand mixer. Using 2 tablespoons, place 9-12 small balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. Brush the rolls with condensed milk about 3 minutes before the end of the baking time and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Remove the rolls and let them cool. Serve with butter and jam or honey.
