Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 30 g yeast
- 250 ml milk
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g oil
- 200 g bacon, finely diced
- 1 onion(s)
- Pepper, black, coarse
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 egg(s), separated
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Prepare a yeast dough from the listed ingredients. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 cm thick, cut out small flatbreads with a glass, and brush the edges with egg white. Finely dice the bacon and onion, mix with pepper and parsley. Place small heaps of the mixture on one half of the flatbreads and fold the other half over them. Press the edges together firmly with a fork. Lightly beat the egg yolk and brush the bacon tarts with it. Bake on a greased baking sheet at 180°C until golden brown.
