Couscous Fish Pan

The perfect couscous fish pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Couscous
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Rapeseed oil
  • 300 g Cod fillet
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  1. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Halve the pepper, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Wash and clean the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, rinse the cod with cold water, pat dry. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Turn the fish in flour.
  3. Fry the fish fillet in the remaining hot oil on both sides for about 3-5 minutes until golden. Mix the couscous with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, arrange on plates with the cod and serve sprinkled with the parsley.
