Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 small can/s of carrot(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 pairs of sausages (Wiener)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • lemon juice
  • chives
  • salt and pepper
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the pasta. Chop the bell peppers and Vienna sausages. Drain the peas, corn, and carrots. Make the dressing and pour it over the salad. Sprinkle with chives.
