Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta, e.g. spaghetti
- 500 g crab
- ½ onion(s) (vegetable onion)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ½ jar peanut butter (no pieces)
- ½ liter tomato(s), pureed
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp sauce (sweet chili)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, sweet
- 1 dash of sweet cream
- Parsley, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, cook the noodles in plenty of salted water. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a little oil, then add the prawns. Add the peanut butter a spoonful at a time and melt gently over low heat. Add the stock powder, chili sauce, and soy sauce to the pan and deglaze with the passata. Let everything reduce and finish with a dash of cream. Serve the noodles and sauce on plates and garnish with parsley, if desired.
