  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • 200 g Crumbled Feta
  • 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 1 cloves Chopped garlic
  • 1 cloves Cream 30% fat
  • 1 cloves Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 cloves Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 packet Crackers


  • Mix all ingredients (except for the crackers): o) and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  • The recipe is not particularly sophisticated or difficult, but I have been asked several times to publish it; o).
