Cranberry-horseradish sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp cranberry compote
  • 3 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • tbsp mustard
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the cream in a mixing bowl and mix well. Then whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it in. This sauce goes well with meatloaf, grilled food, or raclette. If you don’t like fresh horseradish, you can also use canned horseradish.
