Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 400 g cranberries
- some margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Place the flour in a bowl. Add the milk, eggs, and sugar. Mix everything together until a smooth batter forms. Add the cranberries. Melt the margarine in a large frying pan over medium heat. Spread the batter evenly in the pan with a large ladle and cook until golden brown on both sides.
