Cranberry Vodka

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1.2 liters of vodka
  • 200 g cranberries, fresh
  • Rock candy

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the vodka and cranberries into a large bottle and add some rock candy. I recommend starting with a small amount, 3-5 pieces. If the cranberry vodka isn’t sweet enough after aging, you can add a little more. Let it rest for about 2-3 months, occasionally turning the bottle briefly. Then taste to see if it’s sweet enough, add more sugar if desired, and enjoy.
