Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g cranberries
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 70 g horseradish, freshly grated (alternatively from the jar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve garnished with cranberries. Pairs well with sesame-crusted beef fillet and any type of fish.
