Crayfish on iceberg lettuce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g crayfish (crayfish)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and drain the crayfish. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped chili and garlic until slightly crispy. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips and divide between two plates. Add the crayfish to the pan and sauté for about 2 minutes. If desired, add some fresh thyme. Then, toss the iceberg lettuce with the olive oil and season with freshly ground salt and pepper. Finally, drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
