Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g crab meat
- 1 can mushrooms, small or sliced mushrooms
- 6 stalk(s) Celery
- 1 can of tangerine(s)
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 cup of crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 6 tbsp salad cream, e.g. E.g. Miracle Whip
- 1 tbsp vinegar, mild
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed or VERY finely chopped
- 1 tbsp brandy, to taste
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar or a few drops of sweetener
Instructions

with mushrooms, celery and mandarins
Remove the crayfish meat from the package, rinse with cold water, and marinate with the lemon juice. Unthread the celery, remove the leaves, cut into very fine slices, and sprinkle with a little salt. Drain the mushrooms and mandarin oranges. Make a smooth sauce from the crème fraîche, cream, salad dressing, vinegar, ketchup, garlic, and spices—or add the brandy if desired. Add the crayfish meat, mushrooms, and mandarin oranges, rinse the celery thoroughly with water to remove excess salt, add to the remaining ingredients, and mix everything gently. Season to taste, if desired, and garnish with a celery leaf.
