Cream and lime sauce with mint

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 lime(s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 10 mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the lime. Finely chop the garlic clove, sauté, and deglaze with the cream. Bring the cream and lime to a boil. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Wash and finely chop the mint leaves, but add them just before serving.
