Cream-box Cake
The perfect cream-box cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 100 ml Oil
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 tbsp Grated lemon or orange peel
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 400 g Flour
- 150 ml Milk
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection).
- Mix the eggs and sugar with the hand mixer on the highest setting for 2 minutes
- Add milk, oil, grated bowl of cream, stir again
- Mix the vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour and add portion by portion to the liquid mixture, stir for another 2 minutes
- Fill the finished dough into a greased loaf pan and after 10 minutes cut into the cake length to 1 cm deep with a knife. Bake the cake for a total of about 50 minutes (don’t forget the stick test)
