Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • Cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For the base, knead the flour, sugar, butter, egg, and baking powder together and press into the pan. Make the edges 4-4.5 cm high. For the topping, beat the quark, sugar, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla pudding with a mixer until fluffy and spread on the base. Bake the cake at 160°C for 45 minutes, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
