Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 can peach(s) or other canned fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk yogurt, oil, sugar, and egg yolks until frothy. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Fold in the drained peach pieces (or other fruits). Bake at 200°C for 60 minutes. Use a yogurt cup as a measuring cup.
