Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 400 g cream cheese
- 125 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 jar sour cherries
- 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)
- n. B. Almond(s), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip 2 cups of heavy cream and fold in. Drain the cherries, reserving 1/2 liter of cherry juice. Mix the pudding mix with a little cold juice, bring the remaining cherry juice to a boil, stir in the mixed mix, and bring the mixture to a boil. Fold in the cherries and let cool, stirring occasionally. In a bowl or casserole dish, alternate layers of cherries and cheese mixture. Garnish with chopped almonds.
