Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of cream cheese, approx. 200 g
- 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 150 g
- 5 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dried parsley or a small bunch of fresh parsley
- 3 tsp garlic powder or a fresh garlic clove
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- e.g. milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
If using fresh ingredients, chop them finely beforehand. Finely chop the feta block. Then add the cream cheese until it forms a fairly homogenous mixture. Now add all the remaining ingredients except the milk. Mix everything well, adding the milk at the end until it reaches a good consistency for a dip or sauce, depending on your intended use.
