Cream cheese and feta dip with smoked paprika powder

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 150 g
  • 5 tbsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley or a small bunch of fresh parsley
  • 3 tsp garlic powder or a fresh garlic clove
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • e.g. milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

If using fresh ingredients, chop them finely beforehand. Finely chop the feta block. Then add the cream cheese until it forms a fairly homogenous mixture. Now add all the remaining ingredients except the milk. Mix everything well, adding the milk at the end until it reaches a good consistency for a dip or sauce, depending on your intended use.
