Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of cream cheese, natural
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 package of feta cheese (200 g)
- ¼ cucumber(s), pitted
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions

vegetarian, simple, for dipping bread and vegetables, for grilling
Peel the onion and roughly chop. Deseed the cucumber (otherwise the dip will be too runny) and roughly chop it as well. Peel the garlic and add everything to a blender along with the feta and cream cheese. Blend until coarse or creamy, depending on your taste. Then season with salt (note: the feta already adds a lot of flavor!) and pepper. Tip: When dipping vegetables, add a little too much salt, as the unsalted vegetables can otherwise make the flavor seem bland.
