Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g spinach, frozen
  • 3 medium-sized eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 100 g processed cheese (herb processed cheese)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

First, prepare the spinach according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the hard-boiled eggs. Let the cooked spinach cool briefly and transfer it to a bowl. Stir in the cream cheese and processed cheese, carefully fold in the egg pieces, and season the whole mixture well with salt and chili (to taste). Refrigerate the finished mixture for 1 to 2 hours to allow everything to combine well.
