Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 limes, untreated, grated zest and juice
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g yogurt
- 150 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream the butter with salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lime zest until thick and creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the yogurt and half of the lime juice. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 1 hour. Let cool for about 10 minutes, then turn out of the pan and let cool completely. Mix the powdered sugar with 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice until smooth. Spoon into stripes over the cake and let dry.
